I am writing to make a complaint about the computer which I bought on 1 March and it cost $5500 at your Mongkok store. The model number is S1354 and it is black in colour. It had proved defective after a week of use.
The color of the monitor become yellow-tone after switching it on for about 30 minutes. I had called your service centre several times and the line was busy all the time so that I could not request for the maintenance service. I was very disappointed for both your product quality and the after sale service from your company.
I would like to ask for the replacement of computer as soon as possible.

I have instructed our department to send you a new computer with same model. They will telephone you to arrange a suitable time to deliver the set. (old computer?)

For the maintenance service, we will provide a greater response to the customers' call.
